Some bad moments
I use this app every day. For some reason, the passages are not downloading. It says that I need to check the next work connection. There is nothing wrong with the connection. This is happening on both iPad and iPhone.
I really wanted to do this this year, but I havent even finished the first day, because I get frustrated with the app!
The reading stops mid-chapter and jumps to the next chapter all the time. I usually try to read along to stay focused, but I constantly need to
1. jump back into the playlist select a few chapters (because just selecting the previous chapter doesnt make it play until I select some other chapter before that does play),
2. scrub to the point were it stopped (which I dont know since Im not looking at the playlist at the time)
3. Go back to the text and try to find the passage just read a few words until it skips to the next chapter again.
The sound skipping is the biggest issue and should be fixed!
It would also be nice if the text could remember where I left off or at least a button that offers based on the sound chapter Im listening to, jump to the top of the corresponding text chapter, not just the top of the day.
Also seeing the player (timeline, play/pause, skip forward & backward buttons) while being in the text view would improve usability.
This is on iPhone 6 with iOS 10.2

I love this! Its beautiful devotional messages and format are perfect for everyday reading. However, I would recommend adding a notifications update that sends reminders to you once a day to help you remember to read. Overall, this is a great app, and Id recommend it to everyone.
