This app is great and I enjoy reading everyday. However, it had started giving me problems by saying it cannot connect to wifi and to check my internet connection.

I use this app every day. For some reason, the passages are not downloading. It says that I need to check the next work connection. There is nothing wrong with the connection. This is happening on both iPad and iPhone.

Thank you so much for this app! I look forward to reading Gods word each morning and your accompanying commentary and prayer that goes with it. I will recommend this app to all. Catholic, Protestant and all who want to study Gods Word, this is the Bible app you should have on your home screen! I love this devotion. It is a beautiful way to start my day. I try to read daily, but sometimes I just dont have time, so the red dots are a great way to know which devotion I last read. However, lately the red dots arent "working." They are blank or partially filled. Not a big deal, but I hope you will be able to do an update to fix this bug.

One of our pastors each year encourages us to read the Bible through. Each year we are offered one or more guides. I always set out with great intention. This app is so helpful. The commentaries help me to understand and apply what I am reading. The prayers are a blessing. Get this app!

I have been reading the bible daily for years, and have done other bible in a year outlines. What makes this one different is the incredible, daily insight from Pastor Gumbel (and his wife, Pippi). It makes all the difference in the world.

Ive been using this app for 2 years in a row now and am about to start my third year. Its easy to use, I love that the scripture is in the app for me and the intros are so lovely. I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to get deeper in the word! The only things I would like to see changed would be to have other Bible versions (specifically ESV) and have a chronological edition. Its a great resource and I love using it!

This is a great way to read through the Bible in one year. The readings are well organized and easily accessible in the app. The commentaries are insightful, and the Pippa Adds section is always enjoyable.

It takes you through the Bible, but only an overview, not the entire Bible.

I really wanted to do this this year, but I havent even finished the first day, because I get frustrated with the app! The reading stops mid-chapter and jumps to the next chapter all the time. I usually try to read along to stay focused, but I constantly need to 1. jump back into the playlist select a few chapters (because just selecting the previous chapter doesnt make it play until I select some other chapter before that does play), 2. scrub to the point were it stopped (which I dont know since Im not looking at the playlist at the time) 3. Go back to the text and try to find the passage just read a few words until it skips to the next chapter again. The sound skipping is the biggest issue and should be fixed! It would also be nice if the text could remember where I left off or at least a button that offers based on the sound chapter Im listening to, jump to the top of the corresponding text chapter, not just the top of the day. Also seeing the player (timeline, play/pause, skip forward & backward buttons) while being in the text view would improve usability. This is on iPhone 6 with iOS 10.2

Great tool to help understand and apply the Bible. Intelligent and practical. Highly recommended!
